I'm still losing inches so I'm being philosophical about this. Was Officially taken off of my meds for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes Wednesday. Have to pick up a scrip for Actigall but that's just for while I'm losing weight so hopefully in 6 months to a year I'll be drug free. Hope everyone is enjoying the football games.
Dear Doctors and friends,
my doctor suggested me to undergo Fundoplication surgery, after acid reflux stage 4 inflammation level at lower esophagus. shall i go for it or seek further option, i have already completed two short courses regarding nexum tablet intake for one and half month, until i was taking tablet things were OK as i quit, acidity starts again. i have video of the recent endoscopy as well, if any doc need to review i can share. thanks in advance. Down 33.4 lbs. since surgery (11/26) and 83.4 lbs. overall.
Furnace problem turned out to be a small hole in a hose. One of the Vacuum hoses for a pressure switch had a hole rubbed into it from the impeller motor flywheel. Took 3 years to wear a hole in it. So replaced the hose (and rerouted it). Also swapped out a kinked drain line (new one immediately kinked again, sigh). Unit fired right up.
For the Federal employees sake this BS needs to end. Like you said they don't give a damn about the Country and IMHO are only watching out for themselves. With at least 5 Democrats already announcing, or jockeying to announce, a run for the White House I'm afraid the rancor will only get worse over next two years.
Wife smart woman! Handed the kiddos over to you and went out to shovel snow to reduce her stress. May still be her motivation for shoveling.
My most memorable ice fishing experience is related to watching Grumpier Old Men!

Sunny day here near Cleveland. Got a few inches of snow dumped lastnight. I'll get out and shovel it just for the exercise. Been pulling up carpeting and painting my daughters room most of the week, Third week of furlough, no paycheck. Goddamn ******** can't work together, and don't give a damn about the country.Been all over the map with my daily weight, but today is the one that counts. Ouch. I have noticed I am not drinking much water since I've been home. Going to work on that this week.

Snowy day here in Chicago. We got about 5 inches. My wife actually did the shoveling. Its a carryover from when my sons were young and she would do anything to get a break from them. As soon as she saw me come home she would hand the boys to me and head outside to do whatever yard work needed to be done. At this point the kids pretty much take care of themselves but she is still in the habit of shoveling.
I was signed up for an ice fishing tournament with my boys this weekend but it was cancelled on account of thin ice and rescheduled until February. We did it last year and had a lot of fun. Had more insulation back then though.

Cowboys season ended last night in the Coliseum losing to the Rams. Have to go to the NFL team of my youth having spent my grade school years there when Eli and Payton's Dad played for them. Go Saints!
