Did a pull-up this week. If I had ever done one before, it was a long, long time ago. That steel bar under my chin was an amazing feeling. Hopefully, I can add a plural to it this week. Also, I have my 6 month appointment this week. interested to hear what she has to say about progress and goals.

Rut-roh. Work interfere somewhat with exercising. Spending most of the day at a house fire Friday inhaling smoke not conducive to getting on a treadmill. May try this afternoon. Have to go to endocrinologist for annual labs and periodontist both tomorrow.

Yeah .. someone on the general forum mentioned the fact that he asked his mom to bring him food all the time and as a result she sabotaged his weight loss efforts a great deal . She did pass on though recently ..

Not making light of his passing but he struck me as being a whiny ass and not wanting to deal with his problems.
