I'm the third gainer. I think it's officially a trend now I blame a subtle increase in gravity.

Didn't get much of anything done this weekend , much to my vexation. One more weekend to do what I will, then the one after I have to prep for a colonoscopy, then the one after I'm going to be traveling to visit family and doing a "mini-vacation" (Friday-Tuesday, with Friday and Tuesday being pretty much entirely travel days).

Wrong way but lower than earlier this week. Better on the exercise and no SBX, or Schlotsky's, cookies this week.

Cinco de Mayo is the day everybody is of Mexican decent and consumes mass quantities of Mexican food, Coronas and/or anything with Tequila. Like on St. Patrick's Day when everyone is Irish.

Work calming back down. Sort of. Resume' updated and ready to go if needed.

Spent yesterday in the ER after collapsing at home. Apparently was dehydrated and have a GI bleed. Not doing too bad on weight for having two bags of Saline pumped into me.

Bad week at work. Stress eating at night. Only able to walk twice this week.

Hope your NFL team of choice did well in the Draft. Cowboys were lackluster.
