Agreed, and one of my only regrets from losing weight. I'm usually cold unless the temp is north of 80. It's a tradeoff I can live with, just wear more warm clothes.

Been a decent week for getting things done. Took Friday off just to make it an even longer weekend. Weather is definatley cooling down, which means the daunting task of closing up the pool is closing in. It is right under a pin oak, and the acorns and leave are already coming down. Vacuuming it is a PIA.

I imagine for normal folks this is a 3 day weekend, for me it's just some extra money (which I'll totally take). Just ordered some clothes to be ready for the weather cooling off in a couple of weeks. It's getting a little nippy in shorts on the coolest nights.

Not sure what I did to deserve that, but I will take it. Seems a little fluky and destined to reverse, but we will see. No football yet this week because my wife is watching the US Open tennis. Kept tabs on Baylor via ESPN Gamecast. I may go out and scrape some of the trim around the backside of our house. (we have siding, but the trims wood)

Mississippi State easily beat Univ. of Louisiana - Lafayette at the Superdome in NOLA. Next up is SW Mississippi at Starkville. Would be there but can only make four home games so kept tickets for the SEC games and sold rest. No road running till later this month. Auburn came back to pluck the Ducks of Oregon at "Jerry World" (AT&T Stadium) in Dallas while Alabama thrashed Duke 42-0.
Enjoy your day off tomorrow but some of us will be Laboring on Labor Day.

You got me on that one. The Yankees are our salvation in the N.Y. area. If not for the bombers, it would be pure misery in a city that should see a lot more success in sports.
