Don, that would be fun - which direction are you in from Waco? I'm flying home out of Houston on Sunday.

Nothing wrong with good pork! Unless it is for religious reasons you have to abstain.

Sounds like you're on the right track.
I weigh myself every morning first thing. I've gotten it down to a science where I know my weight pre and post bowel movements, dehydrated or not, etc. Then I track the nutrition (not calories) so I get in enough protein, fiber, etc.
I also track steps to make sure I'm doing something everyday. The more I do, the more I am willing to do.
It's somewhat of a self fulfilling prophecy on health.

Congratulations on 29 years of wedded bliss! If Norma and I make 12 years, I think it is, I'll have 29 years wedded bliss too!
Will have to agree to disagree on Tech/Baylor since my Dad and a couple of his siblings went to Tech. However, if you gonna be in the neighborhood, Waco is literally 85-90 miles away, time, weather and logistics permitting maybe we can work out meeting face to face. Something to think about.
