Last week 187.2
This week 191.2

Fixed the toilet which had been refusing to fill off and on for the last couple weeks so I accomplished SOMETHING this week.

Because this Ol' Miss player acted like an idiot and celebrated too much after scoring a touchdown bringing them within 1 point of a tie or the win if they went for the two point conversion after the 15 yard penalty was assessed on the PAT...

Image result for ole' miss kicker

This Ol' Miss field goal kicker missed wide right resulting in a 21-20 win for Mississippi State in the 2019 Battle of the Golden Egg in Starkville Thanksgiving evening. It was a beautiful thing! State is "bowl elgible" now at 6-6. If and where to be determined.

Also beautiful was Auburn beating Alabama, LSU skint the Aggies and Georgia drilled Georgia Teck. Georgia and LSU for the SEC Championship next Saturday. Ohio State beat Michigan, Clemson hammered South Carolina and the door opens on the College Football playoffs for Oklahoma, Baylor and Utah according to ESPN.

Last week: 186.0

This week: 186.8

Too much "road kill" last week and not getting my exercising time in dinged me some but nothing major.

Have a Great Week, Gents!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

217.7 Last Week
219.3 Today

Not the best of weeks for weight, however my blood work came back great for vitamins (I use ProCare Health one a day with iron), The lipid panel was a little high, but the Bariaitric Doc was happy with them. Holidays are going to be a challenge, but we all know that :-)

Good week to all

Gained 3 pounds in the past couple of weeks, all well deserved for relentless snacking, so glad it's not more. Thanksgiving was a bit of a sugar overload but I survived and still managed to freeze my butt off with a bike ride earlier that morning. Work is a balancing act on a wire with a new sports car on one side and bankruptcy court on the other. It's a good ride though, and I can even feel good about the lowly Jets at least until kickoff.

Yep, me too! Still have that sweet tooth. Apple Turnovers and Glazed Almond Croissants-yummm! Sometimes they call for me at Kings! Good thing I know that with my hypoglycemia I will get weak and the jitters later if I eat one w/o having protein. So for the most part I am ok, but once or twice a month.......? I try to keep Atkins Endulge Caramel Nut Chews around, or Quest Protein Snacks for a treat in afternoon, even a Chocolate Protein Drink. For the most part it helps me from going way off program. Recording in MFP helped me see that munching on peanuts (low carbs and high fiber) adds a LOT of calories daily (160 calories an ounce!!) so I need to stop that and perhaps go to carrots or something else-any ideas?? Each day I just need to change something. Still comes down to CI****alories In, Calories Out)We're definitely in a battle!

Susie Q's used to be my downfall but I'm good with them now. Peppermint Patti's are trouble along with with glazed croissants and apple turnovers. I still eat too much sugar daily but I try to get in a lot of protein, fiber and exercise to keep it in balance.

Happy Thanksgiving, all. On Saturday we are headed to Kansas to watch the Baylor/Kansas game. It looks like may catch some weather on the way back to Chicago.

Last Week 249.5

This week 251.3

Got on scale and it said "to be continued!!"...one at a time please.."

Ok, on a roll now-literally on an unstoppable binge ROLL!! I Just haven't been attentive to my program. No excuses, just haven't been accountable and have enjoyed eating bad foods. Ever since Halloween and sweets were brought into job I've been gobbling them up! darn those Peppermint Patty's-my weakness and downfall! Haven't I.F. in 2 weeks and haven't recorded on MFP since 11/06!

EVERY year at this time I fall for it like Charlie Brown does with Lucy kicking the football!! Not going to make excuses though, it's on me, gotta stop the roll! last night I stopped eating at 7:00 and today I didn't eat until 12:00 so I'm back on I.F., it seems to be the best and most sustainable program for me.

At least I haven't went back to my old toxic relationships with Lil Debbie, The Suzie Q and Twinkie Twins, and those old Cougars Mrs Butterworth and Aunt Jemima! Those girls were toxic!

Ok, seriously, the challenge has been put before me- let's see how I respond to it!? I WILL be back on point next week!!

My experience is almost identical. It's probably got a lot to do with the DS procedure.
