Sort of a rough week that interfered with the afternoon routine of walking. Wife and treadmill noise sometimes not compatible and damn work phone! Did get yard in yesterday.

Need a volunteer for next week of two to lead off. Mrs. and I are running away next weekend.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Last Week 224.4
This Week 222.0

Actually dipped below 220 last week! There is hope I will shed some regain. Love working in the yard, even in the upper 80's to mid 90's. A good workout and then the pool, that's the ticket!

Good week to all

Pound lower. Not greedy - I'll take it. Good week on the eats and exercising. Two full pulls on the treadmill and yard yesterday.

Looks like no in person college games for us this year. Given the option to opt out for this year, 2020, and apply what was paid to next year, 2021, without losing current seating or get a full refund. Leaning toward opting out and applying money to next year. As much as we enjoy going and meeting up with 60,000 of our closest friends - better safe than sorry. Pandemic and NCAA or the SEC, could shut down football after two games then what?

More on the Covid-19 front. Wife's boss at CPA firm tested positive so they are closed TFN. We both have been tested now for the THIRD time in a month! Had the antibody test done this time too. Hopefully get results tomorrow. Tick, tock, tick, tock,....

Last week 186.0

This week 188.4

Think I'm backed up a bit plus my weight fluctuates in about a 5 lb range so I'm not too worried about it.

I was pretty productive during the week so I didn't do much this weekend. Oldest daughter is home for a couple weeks which is great. We restocked the cubbards a bit in case there's another panic and/or lockdown. Plan to do a little cooking on my off day this week to stock the freezer.

Stay safe!

Brother is home and doing well. Got him home Tuesday afternoon but a little scare Thursday PM had a neighbor taking him to local ER. Miscommunication on when and when not to take one of his new meds had him not taking it when he should have. All good.

Going back to work after a week off had me slammed! Managed to get pretty well back on track.

Got treadmill time in. Mostly. Monday did fine. Full 5 miles. Wednesday, not even four miles. Still stiff from Monday and knees were hurting. Yard yesterday. Mucho caliente!

Holding steady at 186.

Wife and I are "essential workers" (I deliver food and one of the customers for the paint factory she works at is a casket maker ) so the pandemic has in some ways been a non event for us. Biggest PITA is since we both work nights and live on vampire schedules the shorter hours at all the stores make it a real challenge to get our shopping done. Not to mention stock is janky (Sam's still only has TP maybe one week out of three, my favorite bacon i**** or miss, etc).

Wife and I have had a couple of "ugh" days but it's always passed in a day so I'm pretty sure we haven't caught it yet. Middle daughter has had a couple scares but both tests came back negative.

Hope all are well, stay safe out there gents.

Hope everyone had a good Independence Day with friends, family, food, fireworks all while minding social distancing and masking guidelines.

Last week - 10 days have sucked! Covid 19 scare, "inconclusive" result on wife's test, had her an I self isolating instead of going on intended trip. Tested negative later in week. Her boss wanted her back Friday despite her office being closed. My small minded Mayor and Chief wanted me to stay home another week. Don't feel any different than I did before and have had two negative test in 15 days. Sick of this Covid ****! Going to work tomorrow. Got **** to do and getting further behind staying home.

Brother in hospital too for past week. Hopefully get to come home in a couple of days. Not looking good. No visitors because of pandemic but can drop off items at lobby that will get taken to their rooms. First time toothbrush, iPad and phone cords. Today underwear, shorts and a roll of his own toilet paper! Priorities.

Eating and exercise totally whacked. Try and get back on track this week.
