Micky D breakfast was always a weak spot for me, and they all start around 1k calories and move up fast. Luckily I no longer find them very compelling post wls.

Flip flopping days and nights is a large, hairy legged, ugly, wart faced, wretched, spiteful female!

Enjoy your vacation!

Normally McD's is a fairly clean place to take a whiz and on occasion eat breakfast when traveling. I have eaten the chicken off a chicken salad from there but till last night no burgers. Can not recall the last time I've eaten at a BK.

+2lbs this week

I never go to Micky D anymore but have got back to Burger King recently for the Whopper with bacon. If I buy I eat it and have to admit, I like em. As long as it's not a daily supersize me situation, I'm cool with it.

Last week 182.8

This week 182.0

Had a meeting for work at 8 AM on Saturday, which is an hour past my normal bedtime. Going back to work tonight after flipping from nights to days and back again over the course of a weekend as well as having several meals out (work is about 4 hours away so traveled there Friday night, crashed at a hotel, did the meeting and drove home) so I didn't have high expectations for any loss. Hoping for nice weather for my vacation so I can get some good walks in on the local trails. It'd be nice to spend some time doing something other than work and recovering from and prepping for work.

This week: 188.8

Was looking for something more humorous when I came across this meme. Eat too often, eat too much and eat the wrong things guess what? You're going to get FAT!

That being said I throw myself at your mercy. Made an off the cuff last minute trip yesterday to Shreveport to make a donation to the State of Louisiana's Educational fund. Coming home and missed turn off to last Sonic in LA but went to the first McD's in TX instead. For the FIRST TIME in almost 12 years - I had a quarter pounder with cheese. Now in my defense I did finally pull the meat from the bun tossing the rest of the bun. Realized how much I had not missed them in the last 12 years!

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!

Edited to fix 11 years to 12.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

He took off the fat and put on some (extra) muscle. Looks great now. Here's how he did it (sorry for having to run the "gauntlet of ads" to read it, btw):

Finally feeling better after two weeks of being sick. I was able to get back to my normal gym schedule last week for the first time since I got this cold/flu thing. Usually by March we are through the worst of winter, so only a couple of more weeks to go.

Our built in bookcase in the family room was made to fit a 43 inch TV, which was a good size at the time. Upgrading to a larger TV would be cheap, but redoing the cabinetry would cost a fortune.
