Wound up doing a fair bit of amateur carpentry and a little electrician-ing on my vacation. Replaced a bit of water damaged wall, installed a window, and added a couple of light fixtures, next weekend get to replace the water damaged subflooring which will, I'm sure, be a treat. Goofed off for a few days as well. Back in the Saddle tonight.
Dog may want to invoke the Fifth Amendment and speak to an attorney!

Homemade chocolate chip cookies that made it into the office were my ruination this week. Like to get them when they first arrive and have not been touched too much. We have some kids/grandkids around this time of year and not fond of the protentional contaminates they bring in.
College football is over but for the bowl games. Despite sub-500 performance M-State may land in either Shreveport, LA or Fort Worth in a bowl game. Short of inclement weather I have been told we are going if either one comes to fruition. Yes dear.
Brought home coworker's rowing machine and started using it. 10 minutes and I feel like I've had my ass kicked! Think I've given myself a hernia. My lower abdominals are talking to me. The one I ordered is supposed to be here Tuesday. Needed an alternative to treadmill.

Weight is within a 3lb range which I'm good with. +/- 5lbs is just a morning dump.
The steak still has a 1 in front for me but I'm willing to share it now. Protein is generally low calorie high protein so I eat as much of that as I want. My killer foods are carbs including sweets. 6 years later it's still my nemesis.
I stopped caring about buying Xmas gifts a long time ago. I still get them but I don't sweat it at all. Worst case is friends/family get them delivered a little late.

Shopping is mostly done by the Mrs. But I had a little to do for her. Ordered something from Amazon 6 days ago for her, and looked today that it went down $30.00. Contacted Amazon through chat, and they said "sorry" we don't price match. Same item and sold by Amazon. Just don't seem right.
Last weeks heavy snow fall (up to 22 inches in the area) put some stress on my arborvitae trees. knocked off what heavy snow I could but some limbs remain bent. I'm going to go out and try and tie them together today, while it is raining out :-)

Rest of the list is gift cards!! Mrs. and I went to Tyler shopping yesterday and got each other taken care off. Part of hers is coming via Amazon but found her a new winter coat and we ordered my new chair. Tried getting chair last year but ran into delivery problems so canceled order. Did enjoy a good steak lunch while we were out. We split a 6oz filet. 13 years ago that "6" would have had a "1" in front of it and I wasn't sharing!

Off until the end of the year! Haven't been able to take vacation, until now. It is use or lose and I'm not losing it :-)
Had my yearly blood work done. Vitamins were all very good. I use ProCareHealth one a day. I've been very happy with them. Cholesterol is up, which I need to work on.

Been ping-ponging in a range from 188 to 193 for a couple months now. one more week then I have a week of vegecation (a vacation where I intend to do a lot of vegging).

Seeing a bit of a upward trend on the scales last couple of weeks. Have to get back on track. Treadmill collecting dust. Need to get back to it more often. You'd think I'd done that last week with house to myself but was playing catch up at work with illustrious leader still out, came back Friday, and hard to treadmill text/talk at same time.
