It's distressing as hell to see all the social unrest with the burning Wendy's last night. The social and policy changes are definitely needed but it seems like a complete lack of leadership to not support the police at any level anymore.

That is why a lot of officers across the country are retiring if they are eligible, "short timers" close to retiring are counting the days and the rest are contemplating career changes. Recruiting now is nearly impossible.

Last week 187.0

This week 187.6

Goofed off this weekend by and large, got the essentials done and not much else, will have to tackle mowing the yard Tuesday.

Down about 2lbs this week due to regular exercise. I've adjusted to stay at home with decent workouts so that part of Covid has been a plus.

Last Week 225.3
This Week 221.2

LOTS of yard work, and still not done. But it looks like it is paying off this week. Spread 2 yards of mulch around via 5 gallon buckets. I have 23 arborvitaes that needed weeding, fertilizing and mulch around them. Still have the lawn to mow today. I'm a little sore but not complaining at all.

Finally got to go back to work last week. That helps with the eating a lot.

Good week to all!

STEPPED ON MY SCALE THIS MORNING AND IT SAID: PLEASE USE SOCIAL ...

Last week: 189.4

This week: 189.4

Not surprised. It was a rough week and only able to get on the treadmill twice and no yard work. May tackle that this afternoon.

We had on-line auction that ended on 6/10. Now juggling getting the lot winners lined up to get their winnings. What part of the instructions "Please, make an appointment to remove you property!" do people not understand? No we don't work Saturday or Sunday. "The ads stated 'as is where is." Means bring a battery or jump box and a gas powered compressor or air tank if you think you may need one. With the exception of two pieces of equipment, a junk grader and a bucket truck unit, no help with loading! The joys of small town policing! Policing, code enforcement, chasing critters and shipping!

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Wow, that photo pretty much sums up the quarantine for the entire world.

I'm probably up a couple of pounds this week due to "bored" eating. I always start the day well, and by bedtime I'm a self savatage machine with snacks. No sign of virus near me though so no complaints.
