Last week 181.8

This week 184.0

Hours have been cut at work. Right now the plan is they are going to force us to use our PTO and vacation time to cover for the one day a week we aren't working. Still awaiting the verdict from on high if we can just take the cut in pay and use our vacation time for....vacations.

I think I have been stress eating some, though I have kept my carbs from getting too crazy.

Actually wore shorts yesterday. Be glad in a few weeks when I can switch off to them full time.

Hope all are well.

Many people coping through humor

Last week: 189.2

This week: 189.6

Sign pretty much spot on but does not account for the "hang" factor.

Good week excercise wise. Mowed yard mid-week because sure enough it was rainy yesterday morning as forecast and it got me out from under the Mrs' feet while she was doing client work at home. With Mrs. working at home treadmilling maybe hit and miss. Don't want to cause issues for her because of the noise. May have to revert back to walking up and down the driveway for a hour.

Have a Great Week and Stay Healthy!

Have some on-line training I have to bang out by August. In theory this will be the last time I have to renew this particular certification if I retire when I first become eligible to go out. It is some dry, dry, DRY ass material and it goes to my code enforcement training and does not count at all toward my peace officer's license. That is another 40 hours of training either on-line or class room. If I can find some like to go to some "bang, bang" classes!

Daughter smart to stay home and not expose clients. Like your TP theory!

-1lb since last week

Staying at home is causing more grazing on snacks, but I have been forced to try new ways to exercise. As a result I have worse nutrition but maybe a few new solid workout options.

My theory on the need for TP is whenever anyone sneezes, everyone else sh$ts in their pants.

This week 181.8

Was hoping that our oldest daughter was going to come home since the school she teaches at is shut until May 1st (at best) but she decided she didn't want to chance spreading the virus (she doesn't have any symptoms). I'm disappointed but I don't want her to violate her conscience). Middle daughter is sick and self isolating. She went to the doc who sent her to the ER who said they weren't testing unless you were bad enough to be admitted. So she has to take two weeks for a virus she may or may not have (her job is in home support for seniors so she clearly can't work if there is any doubt).

I came up with a theory about the toilet paper hoarding. I figure if this does turn into a zombie apocalypse, zombies who planned ahead in their prezombified state will now have currency to barter for fresh victims. Face it, we all have that one relative who you'd want to throw to the ravening hordes after being stuck in the house with them for two weeks, if the zombies have a couple of club packs of Charmin to sweeten the deal, Cousin Bobby is going to be shoved out the door faster than you can say "brains."

Last Week 225.4
This Week 224.3

Been at work from home since Thursday. Mostly taking online training. Eating is not going that well, as there is just too much at home.

Went to Costco this afternoon. No toilet paper, no ground meat. We still have plenty of TP at home, and more kielbasa than you can shake a stick at :-) So ended up just getting some eggs, fresh produce, and some protein shakes. Been spending evenings watching zombie movies with the Mrs. In the movies, the zombies scream "brains" At Costco they were screaming "toilet paper" :-)

Stay smart, stay safe,

-bob

This week: 189.2

Will be eating somewhat better since sit down dining is out of the question for a few weeks. Walking was totally out of kilter. Only managed to do it a couple of times. Rain and cooler air wiped out yardwork.

Dallas County has put official limit, 12, on the number of rolls of TP you can buy. If it is a 24 roll Sam's/Costco bulk pack limit is one. Talked to several stockers at Walmart(s) who stated that it is not a supply problem - its a customer problem. Put it on the shelves, open the doors and WHOO****'s gone! Sam's was a wasted stop but it saw a miracle in the brief time I was there. All the registers were open!!

Stay Healthy this week!
