Weights stable, eating getting better, farting is out of control - I guess I'm eating too many bad choices during the lockdown.

Holding steady at 184. Current plan is to have a staycation next week but that's subject to change. Only 4 of us (one extra) at my location. If everyone stays healthy I'll have a week at the Honeycomb Hideout. Trying to find a mask that doesn't make me look like a serial killer or a bank robber.

Last Week 223.8
This Week 223.4

Plenty of yard work yesterday, but not warm enough outside to break a good sweat. I'm doing better than I thought with eating while being housebound, but can do much better.

Good week to all

Good week excercise and eating wise.

Back down to four of us at work. Hired a 22 year old kid that the first thing you noticed is that he had a work ethic that you don't see in most twenty year olds. Training him all last week Monday - Friday. Sitting in my driveway and Chief calls me asking if kid had said anything about quitting. "Uh, no." Well he did. Told Chief going back to Lowe's but come to find out went to another agency that was offering him a little more money to start. PITA with several administrative steps with several state agencies and our RMS (Report Management System) vendor to bring somebody onboard or to remove them. Not to mention the work for our City Secretary with payroll and insurance. Had high hopes for this kid. NEXT!!

Have a Great Week and stay healthy!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

By staying home everyday, I'm starting to forget what day it is.

Last Week 224.3
This Week 223.8

Got so busy doing busy work yesterday, that I forgot the Sunday Weigh In. I've started cleaning up my work bench and tool area. How many socket sets does a man need? :-) I've finally found all my 10mm sockerts that have been lost and replaced over the years. It is the most common bolt size for the cars.

I've starting to get a handle on the endless grazing as well. Keeping cut up carrots in the frij, although the blue cheese dressing isnt the best for me. The Mrs has started baking again during quarantine. Home made bread and banana bread just yesterday. I did succumb to the bread with butter on it.

Good week to all.

Was gaining weight now but trying to get in bike rides everyday to offset lack of exercise from normal life. I'm starting to adjust my eating habits from non-stop grazing to just frequent grazing. On a plus note, I'm getting better at working out at home using natural body weight routines.

Work situation sucks but that is true for many people across the globe right now.

A lot of stress eating going on these days. We'll come out of the quarantine a little wiser, humbler, and much fatter.
