I have similar energy to your pup. Maybe getting old is catching up faster than I thought. Hopefully the frigid weather will be over soon. I know I'm beyond ready to see it go.
My weight is mostly the same, around the low to mid-160s. It's somewhat of a miracle, considering how much I eat, but I still pay for it with gas and bloating when I overeat.
Why every 3 months if you don't mind my asking. I had a DS which is more draconian than VSG but I only do annual blood draw.

I have a fasting blood draw tomorrow morning. Get them every three months, and the night before, like right now, really sucks! Wife is currently eating some mac and cheese and I am sipping water.

Probably need to give up the snack cheese and maybe cholesterol will go back down. Got insurance situation squared away and I CAN use my old PCP. No change necessary. Not the best but changing not worth the BS. Edited to Add: got Ferritin level back and was not bottomed out. Cholesterol, LDL and overall, beyond tolerances. See what he has to say Wednesday.
Got new bedding here Friday. Two nights of great sleep! Not sleeping in a hole anymore and number of trips to the bathroom was lower too. Even the dog has not snored as much as he normally does!

Been a time or that a big ol' nasty stinky has helped with getting the jeans to fight right. 
Start with a new PCP tomorrow. Having to change because of one I've had for several years is out of their network. 
Not saying he was not a competent doctor but despite having a sleeve, he's regained all his weight back, think he took the possible malabsorption issues I may be having too lightly. Ferritin stays on bottom of the graph and I feel constantly tired. Wife says legs will get restless at night which is a tall tale sign of ferritin being too low. Closing on 17 years without an iron infusion so maybe one is overdue.

Wife has been working on our taxes. New CPA firm we use now instead of her former employer is night and day difference! I just lay low and let her and them talk "CPA". Long as I don't wind up in a strapless dress answering to the name "*****" in Federal Prison for Tax Evasion - I'll pay my/our preparer!

Cold here as well. Got about 10" of snow, The 10 day forcast says we will be below freezing for at least a week, and then hit a balmy 37.

Up four pounds?! WTH!
KC had their butts handed to them last Sunday. Time for all the "filler" sports. Basketball, baseball, hockey and NASCAR. Five lap limit per race for me.
Going to be COLD this week! More "helping" the Mrs. with housework this week.
