Pretty much!

Got mower to shop yesterday, got home, at lunch, parked in recliner and did not do anything productive except take a big nap or two, let the dogs out to use the bathroom and use one myself. Needed break from heat. Wife wanting to make Goodwill run today. If she wants to haul crap off I'll HELP!!

Been a tough week. Have been doing better with my eating and fell a little slimmer even though the scale didn't move.

A little fatter than usual for this time of year but hopefully just a blip on the scale.

Work is tiring and exercise is fluid based on what I can squeeze in with my oversized pup. All good though.
