Given the week I've had this is nails it! We got most everything moved at work. Still have two desktops tied up with the in-car/body cam system that will get moved tomorrow or Tuesday. Tomorrow is an "organizing" day to say the least. Was good to me on the scales though! Needless to say yard work was minimal yesterday but I did managed to row twice earlier in the week.

Wednesday night we had thunderstorms with 80 mph wind. This is one of two trees down next door to me, after clean up. That was once a trampoline under some branches. My yard looked like a bomb went off with branches and leave all over. Thankfully no one was hurt and property damage is minimal.

Trampolines are less expensive to fix than structures. If you need it - firewood for this winter.

Weights stable, exercise is decent, food is sugary.
