Sunday Weigh In
Last week: 189.6
This week: 188.8
Was looking for something more humorous when I came across this meme. Eat too often, eat too much and eat the wrong things guess what? You're going to get FAT!
That being said I throw myself at your mercy. Made an off the cuff last minute trip yesterday to Shreveport to make a donation to the State of Louisiana's Educational fund. Coming home and missed turn off to last Sonic in LA but went to the first McD's in TX instead. For the FIRST TIME in almost 12 years - I had a quarter pounder with cheese. Now in my defense I did finally pull the meat from the bun tossing the rest of the bun. Realized how much I had not missed them in the last 12 years!
Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!
Edited to fix 11 years to 12.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Last week 182.8
This week 182.0
Had a meeting for work at 8 AM on Saturday, which is an hour past my normal bedtime. Going back to work tonight after flipping from nights to days and back again over the course of a weekend as well as having several meals out (work is about 4 hours away so traveled there Friday night, crashed at a hotel, did the meeting and drove home) so I didn't have high expectations for any loss. Hoping for nice weather for my vacation so I can get some good walks in on the local trails. It'd be nice to spend some time doing something other than work and recovering from and prepping for work.
Last Weigh-In 255.6 lbs
This week 252.7 lbs
Was pretty surprised? Been pretty consistent in working out but not much cardio-mostly circuit training with lifting lighter weights 12-15 reps. But haven't really given attention to my diet. When I got on scales I thought it would show 257-260 lbs!
Was surprised it showed me at 252.7! So very encouraging!
This week i will pay attention to what i eat and record it in MFP. Will also add cardio to my work out. Checked my gym schedule and I've worked out at gym and work since 1/3/20 over 18 times-not bad!
But again, it always comes down to diet and food.
