Last week: 186.8

This week: 186.6

Champion Max 4 commodes: Carpet install next project.

Work: Latest hire had to be let go. "Did not meet standard." Again there are just four of us.

Yard work: March 1st the target date before that chore begins for the year. Due to a mild winter everything is coming out early and in abundance. Have to start - today. Counts as a workout so there is a plus.

Have a Great Week!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Last week 181.2
This week 179.6

Finally broke the 180 barrier I've been bouncing off of for months.

Did another purge of the wardrobe. All the 34 waist pants went into storage boxes.

Have cycled through 3 wedding bands trying to find something that works all day long (My fingers swell and shrink by a couple sizes over the course of a day). They're all cheapies off Amazon so the money isn't the issue, the aggravation is. Have been wearing titanium bands (I have a pretty strong nickel allergy), thinking of trying a silicon band in hopes that it won't dig into the neighboring fingers when I'm lifting something heavy and my fingers are on the small side.

Work is chaos and mayhem. Both of the trucks at are location are developing a tow dependent relationship with the shop. One has run for a little over a week and a half since thanksgiving and has been on the hook four times. Longest stretch of running was 3 days. The "reliable" truck has only died twice in the same time frame and been towed once (limped it to the yard stuck in 9th gear the first time the transmission's brain called it quits). We also have had some technology issues. "Good" thing is since we've lost so much business we don't get that far behind when we lose 3-4 hours from a breakdown.

+4.5 lbs since the start of the holiday season.

I seem to gain 5 to 7lbs this time every year, probably due to less exercise and more eating. Generally when the weather starts to warm up, it has so far come off pretty fast. Also during the winter, I tend to eat a lot more cr@p. It starts during the holidays and continues for a the colder months.

The wls is a god send in the massive bowel movements most days that seem to handle most of the excess eating.

Looking forward to the SB next week, and sorry to hear about Kobe earlier today. At least for him, he lived large for the time he had on Earth. We should all be so lucky.

Finally feel like I am back on a normal schedule after the flights to and from New Zealand over the holidays. I had a good 10 days or so where I was sleeping much more than normal.

This is a milder than normal winter by Chicago standards, but it is still winter. Looking forward to Spring Break. We are going to Nashville and visiting some of the Civil War battle sights in Southern Tennessee and Northern Mississippi.

Have a great week, all.

If you had more time I'd recommend a trip to Andersonville, GA. The United States POW museum and the largest Confederate POW camp. Made an observation at the National Cemetery there. American's have been getting larger over the past couple of centuries. In the original section(s) the headstones are literally inches apart. As time progresses you can tell that the size of the graves got larger. Saw something similar on a prison tour years ago.

Don't know if you'll be close to Lookout Mountain but if you are go to Rock City and go visit my favorite rock formation - Fat Man Squeeze!
