Sunday Weigh In
Last week: 186.6
This week: 185.6
A dip in the right direction again. Scheduling conflicts messing with the walking. Broken bolt messed with the mowing yesterday. Too much on today's agenda to do yard even if I do find what I need to fix it. Will be twice as much grass to mow next Saturday or may have to bust my @$$ one afternoon after work and get it done. Did manage to get closest to house done with push mower but give it four days and will need it again.
Went to DDS Tuesday to find out needed yet another root canal and crown. Set it up to start Thursday PM. Frigging tooth broke off Thursday AM. Who says cops don't have a sense of humor. Put it in a clear evidence bag and filled in the blanks for date, time, discripton and chain of custody before giving to dental folks.
On my own recognizance till Tuesday evening! GF going to San Antonio for some CPA training she has to have to be able to do more on school audits.
I will not be available next week to start thread so need a volunteer for next Sunday.
See ya in a couple of weeks!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Don, I can lead off next week. I am usually up pretty early on Sunday morning, I will have to find a meme.
Got caught in thunderstorms on Monday and we had to divert our 1:15 flight from Minneapolis to Chicago down to St. Louis. Didn't end up getting home until about 10:00 on Sunday night. That kind of threw off my entire week and had to play catch up. Still behind as I will have to do some work tonight.

Have a great week, all.

It's good to be moving in the right direction again. I hope it keeps going when I get back in my normal groove. Dreading the first couple nights back at work since I've flipped my schedule over a few times in the last two weeks, so the first couple overnights are going to be looong.

Last week to this week is stable
Not sure about you guys but I can tell my core weight almost to a science these days. If I'm up a couple of pounds, it's likely due to missing a bowel movement or a few leaks before weighing in. Luckliy my weight has been pretty stable for the past 2 years as long as exercise and keep the bad food choices from getting too far out of hand.
@Don - good luck to your GF on the Car Parking Attendant training. Not sure why she has to travel to Houston for that. -> Sorry, it's boring accounting humor I learned at CPA school in the eighties.
Car Parking Attendant She calls it either Can't Pass Arithmetic or Certified Pain in the Ass!
It was San Antonio and if my mother, who was going to go with her, had backed out sooner she could have stayed home and done the teleconference/on-line version like two of her colleagues did.
100% on weight fluctuating with morning whiz and dropping the kids off at the pool!
I had always learned it stood for Couldn't Pass it Again. Which is certainly how I feel after 31 years. My daughter will be taking hers in a year or so.
