Blame it on muscle mass gain from cleaning house yesterday! GF was at work, nice day so was airing out the house while doing some long overdue bug vacuuming from inside windows and dusting. Add doing the laundry in there too. Trying to use the chemicals to clean out the sluggishness in the kitchen sink before calling a plumber. Today will by YARD DAY!! First time for 2019. Last year I started on Valentine's Day and the annual goal is not to crank up a "fidget spinner" till after March 1st so I'm okay with it.
With GF working more, CPA and tax season, we are cooking more at home with less eating out. She may bring home a pound of turkey or pulled pork from Dickey's Bar-B-Que instead of a half pound to make it last longer. Today pork roast will be in the crockpot for supper.

Expected a gain/no loss to be honest. I'm still somewhat restricted in how much I can eat but trying to stay high protein, high fat, and low carb is a challenge.
The batch of chili I made this weekend didn't come out as well as usual. Gave it an hour and 40 minutes but almost think now I should have given it another hour or so.

Had a drop last week, so happy not to give any of it back this week. Winter is dragging on up here in Chiberia. Getting away for spring break in a couple - can't wait to feel the sun and hopefully catch some fish.
I don't follow it very much anymore, but I think that the NCAA conference tournaments start this week - March Madness is always a sign of spring if nothing else.
