Post Thanksgiving Weigh In
Last week: 183.2

Did Thanksgiving yesterday. Eyes literally bigger than stomach. Gnawing on sausage balls before hand and overloading the plate not help. On a positive note - only had one mini SF pecan pie. Can't insult GF's cooking.
Football yesterday. Too much. Pigskin overload! Especially Aggies and LSU. 7 overtimes! Was nearly a five hour ordeal. Was watching in bed so could nod off but every time wake up - still on! May live in TX but not Aggie fan. Was pulling for LSU.
Back to basics on the eating and exercising.
Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Thanksgiving was good, just the days leading up to it were a little overindulgent. Nothing like a little flu after Thanksgiving to drop some weight :-) Finally feeling better today after almost 36 hours of....more out thanwhat went in.
Don, I trusted a fart. Thought there would be nothing since I did not eat. WRONG! :-)
Good week to all!
Happens to all of us amigo!
Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Getting dehydrated from the flu and maybe taking an OTC antihistamine is no picnic! Got me two days in ICU with 5 bags of Ringers to get me back to snuff. Pissed off the nurses one night. They were not responding to nurse call button when I'd pu**** for about an hour. I got pissed and called one of my dispatchers and asked her to either forward me to the nurses station or call them direct. She called them direct and while initially they were little perturbed at my actions realized their call button was broke!
It looks like we are about to get hit with a snowstorm in Chicago. I'm hoping we can get my daughter to the airport and back to Texas before the storm hits.
Baylor won yesterday and is bowl bound. I think that we will go. My office shuts for the week between Christmas and New Years and we don't have any other plans. Going to the game will keep my sons from staying up all night playing video games and driving my wife crazy

We won't know where the Bowl game is until next Sunday. My daughter is routing for Phoenix. I wouldn't mind the Liberty Bowl in Memphis. I could visit the Civil War battlefield at Shiloh, site of at the time the most costly battle on American soil. I have been to 48 states and Mississippi is one of the two. I believe that the historical site begins in Corinth Mississippi, where Albert Sidney Johnston launched the battle. So I could see the game, the battlefield and knock off one of my remaining states all at the same time. Not surprisingly, North Dakota is the other state.
