I'm guessing none of us are mothers, but we all had one. I am glad to have my Mom with us still - literally. She is upstairs asleep, visiting for the weekend.
Last week 266
This week 265
I dipped down to my lowest weight ever for the third or fourth time, 262 3/4 lbs. It seems to be a hard stop for me, and I am pretty sure it was from dehydration after being out in the sun making mulch all day long. I?ve been stable here for months now, and I am content. Have a great week everyone!
Last week: 188.8
This week: 189.2
Blest to still have my mother too. Brother, GF and I took her out to eat at preferred local sea food restaurant last night. Obviously we were not the only ones trying to duck the anticipated crowds today.
Work schedule still twisted around this week. New guy not ready to go on his own yet. May be replacing a second officer soon depending on his interview on the 23rd. Good officer and a good man to begin with. Will hate to lose him.
Turn off the computer, go outside and play!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
My back is doing better...See last week. I'm at 202.5 today...Monday. I had a high of about 300...Day of surgery 272. I'll be happy with that weight. I was careful what I ate during the week. Went out to Sizzlers yesterday and ate junk...Thought I wouldn't loose. But pruned a bush and that caused the weight loss. I find I can mow lawns...I walk like Frankenstein...Stiff back. But pruning a bush ( the twisting, stretching, bending) doesn't work for my back. Later, Brian
