Pretty solid week with food and exercise. My weight is basically the same. Its been tough to keep tracking my calories with all the eating out, so I'm concentrating on being mindful.

Another foot of snow yesterday with blizzard conditions. This sucks. No way I can get my bike out yet. I just signed up for another 50 mile ride in June, so I need to get started with training.

Good week of eating and moderate exercise, except for Friday evening, and yet a gain. Lots of rain and grey sky, but at least no lasting snow. Trying to stay positive.

Good week to all.

Last week: 188.0

This week: 189.2

Can I use the 187.8 from yesterday before I started in on yard work?

Foot of snow? Wow! We had cool front blow through Friday night that dumped 1/2" of rain and dropped the temp down but no snow but it was windy enough to give Mr. Clean a bad hair day! Was desperate to get yard done since rained out last weekend. Had a sweat shirt on over long sleeve t-shirt and wore cotton gloves trying to say warm.

Week not bad. Managing to get in more walking with GF working but taking a toll on the knees doing so. Work is still work. We are losing one end of this week but his replacement is already on board starting in the morning. Fortunately, or maybe unfortunately, I don't have any thing to do with the training here. Will answer questions if asked but as far as initial training above my pay grade. "I'm advisory - not supervisory." Tomorrow afternoon is firearms qualification.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Busy Sunday again so I am running behind, but I did make it onto the scale. Last week I passed 18 months since surgery. My wife took a few progress pictures. This is 264 lbs and a BMI of 35. In other words, the BMI chart says I am still obese.

Last week 265 1/4 lbs

This week 264 lbs

A foot of snow!?! And here we are grumbling about a few inches. We had a couple of nice days in the 70s, but we are back to cold rainy April again. At least it's not snow.
