Good morning all. This is coming very close to actually happening here. The latest storm, on the cusp of Spring, dumped 12? of snow on us here. Exercise consisted of slogging a couple hundred yards through drifts to the barn, muscling the doors open against all the snow that slid off the roof, and getting the snowblower out. Oh yeah, and shoveling.

The good news is, I hit a new low this morning. Previously my low weight had been 263 lbs. Today I tipped the balance at 262 3/4 lbs. That?s a good thing, as this week my four grandsons will be arriving, and that means bad food as well. Moderation in all things has been successful though, and I expect it will continue. Besides, it HAS to warm up soon and I can then get back out on my bike. I did not get snow tires for it though.

Last week 264 1/4

This week 262 3/4

Have a good week, and welcome to you new guys!

Made my semi annual trek to Colorado last week and back to Tampa today. I'm getting tired. Last week two engineers left the company, so we are in panic mode. Our leadership is seemingly clueless because we warned them two years ago that they needed to address people. Now we are in the best business climate in a decade, and we can't take full advantage.

The snow line in Mn was pretty sharp. I got nothing. I'm starting to see some blades of grass, and the roads are nearly clear enough to get the bike out for some fresh air. Maybe 2- 3 weeks and I can do that for sure. I went to the bike shop yesterday because I'm starting to get the itch to upgrade.

Have a great week.

Getting on track! Been listening to an audio book on mindful eating by Susan Albers.
It is helping with the mindless eating.

I mentioned last week about my daughter buying a house. Been busy there all week. Well
Thursday after work I went to replace gears on the garage door opener. Crappy ladder slips
out from uder me. I grab the rafters and the opener, opener breaks off and I land on the ladder.
Ow ow ow! ER trip resulted in just a few bruised ribs and ego :-)
I'll be back today or Monday to finish the job.

Good week to all.

Got the visual in my mind. That didn't feel good. Glad that you didn't wind up with something broken or worse getting a punctured lung out of the deal.

Yikes Bob! I'm glad you weren't hurt any worse. Are you stopping at the home center on the way for a better ladder? Good luck with it.

This week: 189.8

Well nerts. That is even after a "Honey, I broke the commode again" dump this morning. Yes, I cleaned up the mess.

MSU Lady Dawgs play UCLA today in the NCAA Women's tourney. Win and its the Final Four. Lose. Watch it on TV. Men play Tuesday in the NIT Final Four in New York.

Short work week. Two days!! Road trip to Lackland AFB to watch Norma's youngest nephew graduate basic mid-week with Friday being an office Holiday that I'm taking off. Downfall is that San Antonio is the Mexican Food Capitol of Texas. Also hope to take Norma to the most sacred of shrines in Texas history - The Alamo.

Have a Great Week!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
