Getting back into a routine after three crazy weeks. This week starts off with another weeklong business trip to Florida. Need to do better with eating and get back on track with water and vitamins.
Last week: 188.8
This week: 188.2
A move in the right direction! Mixed bag this week scale wise. See the endocrinologist Monday and was 190! GF worked rest of week in Dallas so no lunches out except one. Dude food and protein bars at office and was at 187.0 yesterday.
Yesterday got to doing odds and ends around house/shop. Added to my list by dropping a 3/4' drive socket on the old fluorescent lights that were laying on the work bench. That s**t went every where! Put me little behind on getting rest of list done. Did managed to change blades on zero turn but picked up wrong blade for push mower. Back to Lowe's today so I can get the right blade, put it on mower and get impact wrench back to rightful owner. Wet today so not mowing till next week! Made it past March 1st before starting mowing season for this year so I'm good.
This afternoon is the Mississippi State ladies basketball team playing South Carolina for the SEC Women's Tournament title. No love lost between the two teams. State beat them last year to win the tourney but lost to SC in the NCAA Championship game. This was after State had beaten undefeated UConn in the semi final to get there. Should be good game today. Will try and watch it from the treadmill.
No****ching the Oscars. Fixing to go leave my opinion of Hollywood in the bathroom.
Have a Great Week!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I checked in at 265 and a whisker this morning. So I plucked the whisker and am calling it 265 lbs even. That's down half a pound from last week and a tie for my lowest weight since surgery.
My schedule is smoothing out a little. There is still lots and lots of driving. That will continue for the foreseeable future. I dodged a blizzard that dumped 20" of snow on my parent's house. The neighbor took care of the driveway for me so I am glad for that.
Hi Guys,
Left my concentrated focus to be healthy in Jan and see how I maintained in Feb. Could'a been worse, could'a been better. My wight in day has been Monday's and I'm either rushing to work or enjoying a day off and both are excuses why I can't log in and be accountable and supportive. Life's not perfect but I've got nothing worth complaining about. Spending time working extra, moved grandma, shoveling snow, working on a home loan...
313.6 - I'll take that after a rocky month. Shooting for adding some exercise and getting closer to 300 by month end. I have annually taken a small to large health hiatus and vacation to enjoy the NCAA tournament. This month I only took 2 days off for the opening round, combined with my work rotation that gives me 7 days in a row off. I'm finding myself not getting out and being active so that is a short term goal next week.
Best, Todd
