Sunday Weigh In
Last week: 188.4
This week: 188.8
Nobody's fault but mine it is not going down to where I want it to go. Time for a "cranialrectaledomy" and come to Jesus meeting with myself.
M-State women at 29-0 and likely to be 30-0 after beating Kentucky today.
See endocrinologist in the morning. Annual lab time. See what is happening on the innards and if we're going to tweak my thyroid meds. Getting her recommendations on a cardio since my current one's group is closing their office in Corsicana and if I want to keep using her have to go to Dallas. Rather have my ass kicked than do that.
Lest I forget - welcome to the new members who have posted lately. Only dumb question(s) is/are the one(s) not asked. If you have one toss it out here!
Have a Great Week Gentlemen!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Last week was 267 3/4 lbs.
This week I was 265 1/2 lbs.
It looks like I am headed back towards my all time low of 265 lbs even. I am still working on a new normal routine. I'm driving 150-220 miles a day three days a week right now, so packing food and eating right is a bit of a challenge. But we are getting it done.
Third week in a row without weighing in. Last week, my mom passed away, so I had to make an emergency to trip to Michigan. Working on eating mindfully, but failing quite a bit.
Things are starting finding a new normal around here, and I go back home tomorrow, so today I'll do better. This week I'll do better. And i need to do better in general.
I'll weigh in on Sunday, but next week its back to Florida.........

John, I really feel for you. I am there right now with my Dad. I lost a bunch of weight from not eating right. Maybe that's not the norm, but it is my experience. I hope things go well for you. I am still trying to make sense of Dad's estate. He was not organized.
196.3 Last week
199.0 Sunday
201 Today
Food: C
Water: C
Vitamins: B
Exercise: F
Well, at least my sciatica is doing better :-)
Too much salty food last night. Popcorn is my downfall for salt and mindless eating. Moving my parents to assisted living this week. Sad for the family but best for mom who has dementia (88) and dad who is in constant pain and mostly chair bound (92). Now they will be 45 minutes away instead of 25.
Joined a fitness program with the wife, so maybe eventually a passing grade in the exercise department next week.
Good week to all.

Exercise helps. I?ve been loafing throughout the winter months, but am looking forward to getting back on my bike and walking the dog for long walks. It seems like many of us are at an age where our parents are failing. We have to take up the torch and continue on.
