Being away from home so long made my normal home routine feel a little weird. Cleaning up loose ends of the first wave of my project meant I didn't get much workout time and still sat a long time. Since I'm the project leader, I'm pulling rank and making the next wave come to me for a couple months. I should be able to go back to some better habits.
Yay Iowa and Michigan State!!! The Big 10 got a big shakeup yesterday and Michigan is right back in it. The next three week are critical with two really big challenges at Wisconsin and Ohio State.

I feel like I am in a ping pong game with weight. High stress and old habits trying to come back. I find myself looking
in the refrigerator a lot at night. The little things that don't get logged add up real quick on the scale.
Plus yesterday was family dinner with my elderly parents. Lots of old world cooking. I can still feel the salt in my veins

Astros in 7 to win their first WS. Nice to see it happen but again can't wrap my head around them being an American League team. Astros winning the WS post Harvey is equitable to Saints winning SB post Katrina and the Yankees/Giants going back to work post 9-11. Their respective home cities/regions NEEDED them to get back to playing, and or winning,! The teams were a great diversion that was necessary for the recovery's.
Shocking outcome in Ohio State game! Miss. State had a scare from U-Mass but held on to win. (Sorry, Bill.) No surprise Alabama beat LSU and goes who is in Starkville next week? Alabama! Off Friday to road trip. Chasing football games has been our "vacation" this year. This Saturday and Thanksgiving Day and barring a Bowl bid to a game close to here that is it till next season.
Not the best of weeks eats and exercise wise. Have a hard time sleeping at night because of getting up to take a whiz, or taking the dogs out to whiz, that I hit the SF Reese's in the fridge. Guess I'm trying to get a carb coma going so I can sleep. Walking schedule out of kilter because of some friction blisters in of all places the tops of a couple of my toes on right foot and trying to compensate for blisters changing position of footfall when walking has my foot hurting. Stress fracture? Going to give it a go again this afternoon since not done since Thursday and need to get a few sessions in before Friday.

Well reading the scale lately is like riding a roller coaster ? I am frustrated as I want to get down about 20 lbs but not having much luck. I NEED to do following:

Drink Water Frequently
Take Vitamins as necessary

First post to this type of thread, I am 2 days out from my VSG and been on a liquid diet for 2 weeks and now started my two day clear liquid pre-op diet. So here are the numbers:
HW- 285
Oct. 19th - 270
Oct 27th - 269
Nov 3rd - 259
Today - 256
Meet with Orthopedic Tuesday to see if I can get out of this damn walking boot. I tore some ligaments in my ankle during a spartan race so... hopefully I wont have that to deal with post surgery.
