Had my 6 month appointment with my surgeon Friday, he was happy with my weight loss and bloodwork. However, seeing any increase in a Sunday weigh in does not please me, especially when I have been so active all week. I was 212.4 on Tuesday and 213.4 yesterday. Almost 18000 steps yesterday. These last 30 pounds to lose are very tough, and I am impatient :-)

I'll take another 2 lb drop. Getting very excited to see the scale read below 200 sometime relatively soon. Week was decent in terms of food and exercise, but I didn't get to do as much this weekend as I would have liked in terms of physical activity. Too much other stuff going on. I'll be upping my tae kwon do classes next week as I'm testing for a green belt this coming Saturday.

My first century ride is in the books. Eating was a priority, so I ate. all. the.food. I only had a couple simple goals, the basic one was to finish. Secondary was finishing in daylight. I accomplished both, and actually kept up with the other riders for the most part. I really don't care what my weight is this week, as the NSV is WAY more important. Brett Favre and Bo Jackson both did the 100 mile as well, but they were way ahead of me :).
Next weekend, I am doing a 150 mile bike ride over two days. I'm working hard to recover from last weekend.
