Sunday Weigh In
Had a busy weekend and wasn't able to log on yesterday, but I did weigh yesterday so I'm posting now. Overall I think I had a pretty good week and I'm satisfied with the results. I did manage to try out the PIYO but it was just a bit much for me. So instead I have backed off and am doing "Yoga with Adrienne" on youtube. It still kicks my butt, but I don't feel like collapsing at the end.

I think PIYO will be an awesome workout for me once I work up to it. Right now it is just too fast and too much. There is only so fast I can move this 300+# before inertia kicks in LOL.
