My weight keeps going back and forth but truth be told, based on how tough these past two weeks were I'm good. Between family events and travel, both diet and exercise have sucked. I got back on track with both yesterday. The weather finally broke cooperated with my schedule and I was able to get both yardwork and a 20 mile bike ride in yesterday. I'll do the same today. I'm doing a century bike ride June 3rd and a 150 mile bike ride June 10-11. I really need to start training or I'm in trouble.

Have a great week everyone.

Last week - 181.8
This week - 183.2

Well nerts. Mixed up schedule at work is not only mixing up work hours but is throwing my body clock out of whack. Certain bodily functions are not happening at their "regular" time - if at all. Joke with GF is that if I manage to pause for the cause after getting to work I'll text her letting her know "my pants fit better now".

Barring unforeseen cir****tances - see ya next week!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

218.4 Last week
218.5 Today

I know I need to exercise more, but I am keeping my calories between 1200 and 1400, as my nutritionist suggested. I really thought I was going to do well this weigh in.

Have a great week everyone!

High weight (June 2011): 328

Pre surgery weight (2/1/17): 283

Last week: 231.6

This week: 224.9

Getting back on track this week has shown some good results! Averaged below 800 calories per day, 3x on karate, 5 days of an hour on the elliptical, and a 6 mile hike this morning. Very happy to hit -100 from my high weight this week!

I have my three month post-op follow up on Tuesday with my surgeon.

Have a great week!
