It's easy to see by the grades I gave myself over the past two week why I gained weight. I was in Colorado twice on business trips, along with a quick vacation weekend and vacation with my granddaughter. Had a nice time with family on vacation, and was able to enjoy some green chili, but I paid for it on the scale. I'm home this week, but then looking at the balance of April and May, I need to pull my head out of my ass.

Finally broke the stall. Looking forward to better weather so I can ride the bike I just bought. It's used but a decent one. Last one I bought was 30 years ago. That one I used only a handful of times.
Had an appointment with my bariatric physician last week (three month check up). She was very happy with how I was progressing.

A little less than last week. Food choices are mostly good. I made a couple slips this week. Exercise is great and water is perfect. I just found a little snack here and there is still happening. It's not bad, but the difference is now I'm aware. I missed a bit of being "present" when I was eating the past few months and I'm working to get that back. Meals are fine, it's just that once in awhile in between. This week instead of just drip coffee at Starbucks, I threw in a cookie. For no reason. That type of stuff. Food is just...everywhere! You just have to be on your A game all day everyday.
