Last week - 181.4
This week - 181.4

Had a nice surprise this week. Had a 179.6 show up on the scales, once. Kind of like seeing two Progressive symbols on the pay line and the third one being on the reel but not on the pay line. You know it's there but you have to keep playing if you want it to hit.

Out of kilter work schedule impeding on treadmill time. Granted yesterday was a yard work day which more than equals a treadmilling session.

BTW to the newbies: I mention yard work quite often. I do because normally I have several acres to mow at any time and no teenagers at home. Some days I do a little more than others depending on what needs doing. Yes, I do have a zero turn mower to use in the open parts but I have some, closest to the house, that has to done with a push mower because it is fenced off from the rest. When I first had my RNY 9 years ago, next month, I had a self-propelled walk behind mower - then it croaked. As I lost weight and was getting more energy I went to a regular, not self-propelled, mower. One less expensive than a self-propelled but more importantly was a healthy alterative to working out once a week. Throw in the string trimming and cleaning up and it is a full body work out! If you live in a high rise or have teenagers who do your yard the preceding does not apply but if you are your own yard man - consider getting a regular walk behind mower. If your REALLY want the work out get a rotary mower. One of those would be beast mode!

Have a Great Week, Gents!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

High weight (June 2011): 328

Pre surgery weight (2/1/17): 283

Last week: 243.9

This week: 242.7

Another small loss week for me. Seems like I'm hitting my first stall maybe? I had one day this week at about 1000 calories, but the rest have been in the 600-800 range. Since last weigh in, got in a 5 mile hike, 2 karate classes, and an hour session on cardio. Protein and vitamin intake has been good, but I could probably do a little better ok water.

Have a great week!
