Last week - 182.4
This week - 180.2

Crap!  Almost made it back to sub 180.  It is what it is.

Get to see endocrinologist this week to get all my lab work done.  Since my WLS surgeon died several years ago I use her for my lab work.

Nice seeing all the new blood this week!

Have a Great Week!

Hi,

I'm new to posting here, but I saw the post on the VSG group and thought I would join in. I just had my sleeve done on 2/1, but pretty pleased with my progress so far. Not sure if this is too much TMI but here's my stats:

High weight (June 2011): 328

Pre surgery weight (2/1/17): 283

Last week: 261.4

This week: 256.0

I saw my surgeon last Tuesday for my post-op appt. Normally he would have me start pureed foods last Wednesday, but he recommended staying on liquids for another week if I felt like I could handle it. I have no hunger, so I figured I would. So that means I'll start on pureed foods this coming Wednesday.

Have a great week!

No such thing as "TMI" here!  Remember for WLS patients talking about farting and bowel movements are polite dinner conversation!

Last Week: 260

This Week: 260

I was out of town this weekend so I didn't weigh myself until Monday morning. I think it was the first time since my surgery that I did not weigh myself. Another up and down week for me. It has been the same pattern for the last several weeks it seems. I would gain in the beginning of the week, then lost at the end of the week, and end up back where I started.

I don't really have much more to say about it at this point. I know I need to stay focused the entire week to move forward. I know I need to start exercising. I know what I am doing wrong. I just need to stop doing it. I guess that is the hard part.

I slept pretty good last night...First time in 5-6 days.  I have real sleeping problems...Think Michael Jacksonish.

I hate the scale and getting on it.  Just like when you go to the doctor's offices.  You KNOW most of their scales LIE!!!  At least the ones I go to.  Some will surprise you...But most JUST LIE!!!

Highest weight about 300 pounds

Lowest after surgery 187-190

Over 10 years out today 212.

I'll take that any day.

A lot of rains and flooding here in California.  We have been praying for rains for years...Big time drought.  But now we will see how CA's infrastructure can handle the rains and floods.

Take care...And you new guys, thanks for joining in.  You are what makes this forum go.  Brian

I do not remember what I was last week, but I think it was 346.

High weight was 481.

Surgery day I was 414.

Sunday I was 343, making me 138 lbs down in a little more than eight months since I started, and four months since surgery. Things are going very well. Except for the flying monkeys. But that's a different story.
