Whelp, here we are at my third year. I'd really hoped to have a 1 on front of my weight. As they say though, you can hope in one hand and c&$% in the other and see which one fills up first. My take:
1) Glass half empty - Over 200#, and weight trending up albeit slowly
2) Glass half full - I spent most of the year in a pretty tight weight range.
Overall; I'm healthy, happy, more active, have more energy and enjoying my life more than I thought I could. Here's to an active 2017 with lots more NSV's. My goal for this year will be to lose 2# and stay under 200. I reasonable goal for sure.
Finally, One mention I need to make is that I am a true believer in tracking what I eat. I may not be as religious about it as I should be, but I log in every day and I have a very good idea of my calorie intake as well as my Macro's. When I gain weight, I know exactly why. Now for figuring out how to cut calories when I want.
Have a great week!
