This week was a little better for food (although I had some terrible days), I'm feeling good about this coming week. No more traveling for the rest of the year, and lots of days off between holiday's and leftover vacation days. This past week was week 3 of a head cold. I didn't do crap in the gym. The cold seems gone now, so I can get back to it this week. 

With the polar vortex coming this week, there's no working out outdoors anymore. For christmas though, my wife bought me a beginners spin bike for home. I'll get that set up today, so I can work on training for next spring. I'll still go to the gym for some classes, but it'll be nice to just go to the basement once in a while. 

This week is a football deadzone for me. The Lions aren't on local TV and no real college games I'm interested in. Can't wait for bowl season!

Was looking at pics in my cell phone and one was of the scales twenty one months ago.  In under two years I've picked up 10 pounds!  Crap!  

Giants and Cowboys tonight from the Meadowlands.  Go Cowboys!

Now walking five miles on treadmill.  Challenge is to work on the time.  76:00 minutes is starting point.

NSV will be today.  Going to Tyler to get supplies and last minute Christmas shopping.  Have another gun show happening there today.  If I can get in and out without investing any, or too much, in precious metals I'm good!

Only lost 2lbs this week. I was actually down 3 on Friday, but gained one back yesterday. My wife went up to Disney World on Friday so I was on my own and I lost focus and I ordered Chinese takeout. I knew I shouldn't but I did. It is what it is. Consequences for my actions are a low loss week. I will make it up this week, as I intend to finally get under 270.

 

Jus****ched the Eagles lose again on Redzone. It was a heartbreaker, but they are just not good enough to win the close ones. Maybe next year. I just want them to beat the Giants and the Cowboys at home this year, and if they do, I will call the season a win, in this rebuilding year.

I don't even know. I've been so up and down this past month. I'm anxious in the 200s and my immediate goal is 199.9 again. That was the dream and I need to get back there again. I need to keep pushing a little harder. I'll get there, it just takes time. I had crept up to about 205 so the alarm bells are screaming for action.
