Not much to report this week. I was hoping to start dropping my weight to prep for thanksgiving. Didn't happen.

All my kids and grandkids are descending on my house this week. I've really not been thinking as much about my diet and exercise as much as all the stuff I need to do. Its even cutting into my football time

Have a great week everyone, and be safe over the holiday!!

Danger! Danger! Danger!

Ugh. I'm not sure what's happening. Well, I mean clearly I'm gaining weight. I'm snacking a tiny bit more than normal and some not normal choices are being made, mainly liquid calories. I think the biggest success was having little to zero liquid calories. Now I'm adding a little bit in with a glass of wine here, a almond milk latte there, etc. I was seriously bummed to see a number over the 200 threshold. Back to work...

I hit that mark a week or two ago. Not cool at all. Just gotta stay strong. I still believe learning how to eat and live after the honeymoon is over is the tough part of the process.

A little more exercise, and a little less food and you're good.

Last week - 180.6
This week - 180.6

I guess I opted to be an @$$hole!

Late getting here since thread not started this AM went on to do Tyler run.  SAM'S is already a madhouse of humanity!

Another 100 point game with Arkansas for M-State yesterday but State on wrong side of the tally.  Had it on the radio and did not get to watch any of it but a few plays at restaurant we at lunch at but Cowboys took care of the Ravens.  9-1 start this year beats the 8-1 start of the 1977 Cowboys team.  They had some running back named Dorsett.  This coming week is my favorite week of College Football.  It is rivalry week.  Mississippi State vs Ol' Miss, Georgia vs Georgia Tech, Michigan vs Michigan State, Alabama and Auburn etc.

Short week for most.  Normal work week for me though.  Come home to eat lunch Thanksgiving but will be making bank since drawing holiday pay for two days.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Even better than Michigan vs Michigan State, It's Michigan vs Ohio State!!! Definitely love the traditions and rivalries this week.

Last Week: 284

This Week: 281

I was doing very well the first half of the week, as I got down to a low of 280.2, then the last couple of days not so good. I bought some bananas and I am wondering if that was a bad idea. Also, I went out to eat with my wife at Red Lobster, and that didn't go so well. I ate 3 bites of my dinner and that was it. I think we will have to rethink how we eat out, maybe split a meal instead of each getting a meal.

Anyway, my gallstone symptoms are back with a vengeance today, as everything I eat upsets my stomach. I am thinking about doing a purge, but I am not sure it will work, especially after the surgery, since you have to drink like a cup of olive oil and then drink a water/Epsom salt combination. It is supposed to purge the gallstones out of your gall bladder, but it sounds painful. Anyone have any experience with this?

I am watching the Eagles on Redzone today and they are ******g me off with bad penalties and dropped passes, but what can you do. Anyway, I have a positive attitude and I know I will break under 280 this week, so I am pumped!

A purge sounds horrible.

Maybe too soon for bananas.  Heavy in sugar and zero protein.

Splitting meals is only way to go when going out!  Not a major fan of Red Lobster not very pouch friendly but the biscuits......they good.

ETA:  till they pluck the gall bladder have doc put your on the ursidol, I think that is spelling.
