Does Anyone Use A Garment To Separate Hanging Skin And The Scrotum?

About a week ago, I started having testicle pain - got checked out and everything appears to be fine. I just have all this weight hanging on that area My doctor suggested getting a compression garment to separate the stomach and the penis/scrotum, but there is no store for such a thing in my area and I would have to order online - but I can't really find anything in my size.

I was wondering if anyone here has had the same problem and if you purchased a garment or scrotum support device online that you would recommend. I am 400 pounds, so it would need fit a 5x+ waist/body.

Did you have surgery? This could be used to get a tummy tuck if you are post op.
