Must be living right, because I have no idea why my weight is down. Between my work schedule, a bum shoulder and crappy weather, I haven't been as active as I need to be. I do better eating some days more than others. I'll take the weight this week and run with it, but I know I can't get away with weeks like this very often. My upcoming week is also going to be a challenge, but then I'll have three weeks to up my activity with no excuses.
Fun game to watch yesterday. As that dumbass Matt Millen said "Michigan did what a #4 ranked team was supposed to do". That is they adapted and overcame when they were down and in the end, they pulled away. I won't get to watch the Lions today, but hopefully they can show that they have some heart today.
Have a great week all.
Last week - 178.2
This week - 178.0
M-State lost to LSU, Alabama spanked Ol' Miss and maybe just maybe the Cowboys can down Washington today. So far so good.
Nothing worth getting excited about from here. Work is/was work all week. Managed to make Goodwill run before football watching party last night and will hold off on anything today to likely income is determined in Cowboys game.
Oh, just a thought. We were listening to the start of the Cowboys while in the car coming home from errands. Is it just me or are broadcast of NFL games starting to sound like NASCAR races? Listen to one. You'll hear sponsors for the 1st downs, red zones, PAT etc.
Go do your thing!
