Even though the scale doesn't show it, I did have a better week eating. I could do better with water, but vitamins were spot on. I was able to work out 3 days in one form or another, but I really need to step up my workouts.
This week, I'll start the week with a 25 mile bike ride today. I've been cramping up in my calves, so I'll stay off the road and on trails. I think the cramps are coming because I've not been riding as much. This week I'm heading to Winnipeg for a big group meeting, so I'm a little worried about my food intake, but that's just a challenge I need to accept. I checked out the weather for next week up there and lows are in the 30's. WTF!! What happened to summer?
Even though they played a relatively easy school, it was grea****ching Michigan again. It's just a great feel with Harbaugh there as coach. It feel right. The Lions are in Indianapolis. No NFL Sunday ticket, so I suppose I'll just need to wait for the highlights.
Later!

Morning Men,
I survived the wedding trip to Denver. I didn't get to workout at all on that trip, I did manage to get a couple of 2hr bike rides in and lifted weights 3 times when we got back into town to finish out the rest of the week. I plan to get back on track with my exercise this week. Still shooting to get all my water in and cutting calories a bit more this week.
Have a great week

Can tell I'm back at home after vacation. Evening grazing not very good to me. Upping the treadmill time to 70 minutes or 4.5 miles which ever one is longer. Did yard yesterday. Much better outcome than week before. Got left over thatch dispersed.
M-State won and so did most every team in the SEC who was supposed to. Today is Dak Prescott's NFL regular season debut as a Dallas Cowboy. Hope he does well and is a Cowboy for a long time.
15 years ago was 9/11. Read something that caught my attention about it. The kids who are starting 9th grade this year will study 9/11 as a historical event because they were not born yet. Time marches on.
Have a good week!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
