Sorry guys. I'm slacking off. I actually haven't weighed in because I'm not home. I had a tough week, so in expecting a bit of a bump in my weight. I'll get the thread started here, but I may not enter my weight till tomorrow.

Last week:  177.6

This week:  177.0

Learned something this week.  If I ever have to have an iron infusion they had better put the Benadryl in with it.  GF had to have one done last week and they did not do the Benadryl with the iron like the oncologist in Atlanta.  Poor woman has got the hives big time.  Told her she is allergic to me.

Think Texas is between the rest of the earth and the sun.  It's hotter than blue blazes and will be rest of the week.  Triple digits get old really quick.  I know - Hydrate!  Hydrate!  Hydrate!

Go do your thing!

Lots of good weather this week managed to string together few days of some twenty-mile bike rides. I also managed to keep up on lifting weights and met my goal of doing that three times a wee****pt up on water intake this week and will work on keeping that above a hundred ounces a day. I'll look at lowering calories if I need to this week. I had a bunch of weeks where I lost 2 or 3 lbs a week, so I was due for a stall.

Hey guys checking in. Yesterday I weighed 178 today I weigh 174? So somewhere between 174-178.  Learn from my mistakes  

yesterday I jogged 20.48 miles it took me 4 hrs 20 minutes 14 minute miles. Still training for my first marathon. I was mostly tired after jogging and not real hungry. Then last night my hunger kicked in and oh what a mistake I ate way too much food.  

So much food that I was in pain and could not lie down. Actually had to sleep sitting up. I have been doing much better with food today. I'm excited because someone gave me their 5 yr old bike and I have started riding and I am taking a 5 week bike course with the local bike club. I know this is not much but I did 16 miles today on a hilly course.  I know I sound like a broken record but I continue to struggle with food and overeating. Before surgery I thought this would be much easier. It seems like as time goes on it is more difficult at least for me. Have a good week!

Weighed myself this morning instead. There is a little bump, but not too bad considering. Here's to a good food/exercise week this week!
