Happy Fathers day guys!! I hope you all have a great day.
My weight is fluctuating like a roller coaster. Down again this week. I'll take it. My travel schedule has been insane the last 10 weeks. I'm only gone one night this week, and then I'll slow down for a little while. Maybe that will give me the chance to smooth out the peaks in my weight.
Summer is in full swing. I did a 25 mile bike ride yesterday, and I'll go out again today. Its a great time to be outside and get fresh air and exercise at the same time.
I was in Knoxville last week. We accidently crashed a movie set at dinner one night and ended up as movie extra's. It was kind of funny, and at the same time, fascinating to watch a snippet of how a movie is produced. The movie has Chevy Chase, Burt Reynolds and Ariel Winters in it. Its called "Dog Years". I'm not sure when it will be released.

Ariel wasn't there for the scene that we were watching. I think she play's Burt Reynolds granddaughter or something like that. On another note, the extra's that were milling around were some of the most insanely beautiful women that I have seen in quite some time . We had a young lady in my dinner group which kept me from drooling too much.

the good news - this morning I weighed 176.2, the bad news - I ate too much food today and probably gained weight.
I jogged 13 miles yesterday and 5 miles today. We also hiked 2 miles today. I had one of those spells late today where I get completely worn out and had to sit down for a while where I almost feel weak. Do you guys ever get completely worn out wit no energy?

It can happen, especially when you are running and hiking like you are. It happened to me a few months ago. I had cut my calories to the 900 or so level. Then I had a routine 60 min workout on a friday, followed by 60 min of weightlifting and 60 min spin on a saturday. On the Sunday I lifted weights again for 60 min, and went to spin class. After 45 min in spin class I was out of gas. Period. I'm a little more careful now about making sure I am getting proper nutrition and calories before doing any really tough back to back workouts.
