Woops, wrong way. Vitamins are good, but I need to step up my water a bit. Exercise was non-existant last week. I've stopped lifting weights pretty much because of my shoulder, but I visited the Orthopedist this week, and there isn't any damage. Just an impingement. No overhead lifting and be careful with the shoulders, so I'm back at it this morning.
Also got the knee checked out. I may have torn a meniscus a few years ago, and I have the start of arthritis in my knee. Its not bad now, but he recommended no impact. So I'll stick to elliptical and biking.
I need to get my diet in order. I have good days and bad days. I am pushing for more good days!!

Welcome to middle age John! I was trying to get the blades off of my riding mower yesterday and was having hell using a 3/4" drive ratchet wrench. Shoulders were burning big time and not able to get enough torque to even loosen the bolt that held them to the mower. Older brother had the solution on the peg board in his shop. Hello 1/2" impact wrench! Problem solved.
Major mess in Orlando, FL this morning. 50 dead! Damn! Get ready for the onslaught of anti-gun rhetoric to ramp up. Don't need more gun control need more dumb ass control.

yeah, no matter how much weight we lose, or how much exercise we get, we can't outrun age. Its especially tough when all those years of carrying that weight continue to take a toll.
The shooting in Orlando is terrible. I'm with you 100% on the dumbass control vs gun control. I know the Islamic faith is a gentle one, but jeeze these guys need to understand that they need to root out the radical element of their faith and publicly disavow them.

I got weighed today before eating and wala.I amy the same. So last week I was right that eating and coffee before my weigh In was the culprit.
I think more people should carry a weapon. Then people might think twice. I am signing up for a tactical arms class so I can carry in 35 states. I have to go to Orlando the 22-24 of this month. It''s not looking like the place I want to go visit at this time. Such a shame for these people and their families

My lowest ever! I worked really, really, really hard this week. I combo ran/walked last Sunday a total of 24.3 miles. I was trying to hit 26.1 but just fizzled. Still, I'll take it! I had some 14+ mile days this week, too. I'm pretty happy with my progress. My mom's birthday was Friday and I did have a piece of cake. Sugary, gooey, goodness! I felt like I deserved it. Then I got on the treadmill. :)
