Last week: 180.6

This week: 179.0

Scales little more "user friendly" today.

Missississippi State fans who are Dallas Cowboy fans got our wish yesterday.  Fourth round, 135th pick overall but Dak Prescott is coming to Dallas!  Yes he still has to make the team but our wish came true.  Monday night the head mens and womens basketball coaches, the AD and head football coach, Dan Mullen, were in Dallas at the Gaylord Texan Resort for an alumni gathering.  Since GF is an alumni, and we had errands to do in and around the Metroplex took the day off to go up there.  Long damn day but was well worth it.

Have a Great Week!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I find when I get about 11-12 servings of water in, I feel better, sleep better and lose more weight. I know it sounds like a lot, but 11 is my "minimum" for each day. I make sure to get 5 servings in before I leave for work then I can sort of work at it a bit throughout the day.

I'm officially back and on track. I've lost a few pounds this week, I can just "tell" since I refused to weigh since vacation. My lowest was right before vacation and it was 192.9

This week: 193.3

NFL Draft was in town, but I didn't head down. It was 40s and raining and I just wasn't feeling the weather. We went last year and it was really fun. It looked even bigger this year, so I feel a bit bummed but it was a hectic week and the rain just was one more thing...

Hey guys another crazy week here

Todays weight 190 lost 3 lbs this week

have had a very tough food day. Unfortunately eating strawberries an grapes All Carbs! We have had lots of rain this week and it has made it very difficult to walk outside.

Trying to make up for it at the gym with cardio.

I am about  7 mos post op & feel like I am losing some of my motivation to eat healthy

and the right amount of foods.  Has anyone else experienced this at 7 mos?

also the more I exercise the hungrier I am.

Have a good week!

Marathon....that's awesome. Congrats.

A friend of mine ran Boston once.  When I asked if he'd run it again he laughed, "why the f--- would anybody run 2 marathons?  You run it once to say you did it. Then you stop."
