Last week: 177.6

This week: 178.4

Did not make the 175 I was hoping for but beats the 331 I started at eight years ago this past Friday.  Will have to do some digging to find all the dates and numbers from years past and I'll ETA shortly.

Back to days this week.  Hallelujah!  Too much of normal daytime duties backing up on me and CPA GF's sleep being disrupted not good either.  Especially this time of year.

Have a Great Week Gents!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Short-term goal:  199.9 -- April 17, 2016

Goal:  186 -- by June 15, 2016 :-)

Ugh, seem to be going nowhere lately.  Hope this stall breaks soon as I really haven't lost any weight to speak of for a month or more.  Only 22 lbs short of goal and it is a painfully slow process right now.  Did any of you have this problem right at the end of the weight loss road?

Been averaging nearly 13,000 steps the last 3 or 4 weeks, water intake is good.  Food intake is ok.   Some days better than others but pretty consistent.  I know I am not going to make my short-term goal now and that is a bit depressing.  I just have to hang in there.

4K...A few ideas on how you can break your stalls (early on)...How I broke mine.  When you have time...Hard physical work.  For some reason (probably you are using muscles you don't normally use), hard physical work would break my stall.  I would do things like clean out the car/truck, wash windows, clean the fridge, clean the pantry (give all the old stuff...that you'll never use) to the local food pantry/homeless shelter, gutters, pruning/gardening.  Again...For some reason you body adjust to things like the walking...But when you add strange things, that the body isn't use to...It releases the glycogen in the liver for energy...That then restores the glycogen with fat from the fat cells!!  You may want to up your protein just a bit too...1/2 a protein shake.  This tells your liver to release the glycogen and restore it from the fat cells.  Keep it up...You're doing great.  Brian  PS  I don't like posting on the weekly board...But last time I posted I was 212-213 over 9 years out.

Thanks for the suggestions..... and hopefully with a little variety it will help.  I know it will come off but I think we all get down a bit when things aren't going quite the way we expected, or hoped :-).

A day late. I hit my 6 month mark this week.  And my first weekly weight gain since September.  Interesting.  I havent changed much in my diet in terms of which foods I eat,  but I am definitely eating more.  Its easier and easier to eat now.  I still dont really get hungry but Im startong to enjoy eating again. I guess thats a goid thing, but something I'll need to keep an eye on. Tracking food is more important than ever.  I consider this a wonderful, but dangerous, period of time for me.

Started playing hockey again and Im loving that.  Seems like game has speeded up since I played last (couldnt be that I've slowed down.....nahhhh).  Its really nice to get out and do active stuff again and I love hearing people say "thats him??  Holy ****he looks like he did 15 years ago!".
