Food and Goals

Hey guys 

Well I am on  a 4 day vacation with my family. I am eating just protein but too much of it

Seems like I am constantly hungry? Normally eat 1100 calories per day but I have been eating 1400? 

Any advice & constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. I have been walking about 12000 steps per day.

I have a new long term Goal a bucket list type of goal

i would like to hike the Appalachian Trail all 2100 miles in a six month period. I am giving myself 3 years to complete this goal

Has anyone hiked the Appalachian Trail?

Hiking the Appalachian Trail is a lofty goal!  As long as I've been around OH I don't recall anyone mentioning that one.  More power to you!

At 12k steps per day, you are getting a good amount of exercise so I wouldn't worry about the calories. I eat about 2,200 calories per day and try for 10k steps but often don't get there. As long as your active and not overeating, you should be fine.
