Not a bad week apparently. I was a little surprised this morning. I'll take it anyway. Diet wasn't bad this week, but with my wifes Birthday, I did have some issues. I got back to a lifting routine after taking two weeks off. My whole body was sore. Lastly, I've been doing cardio in the form of both eliptical at the gym and spin class at the gym.
I had my annual visit to the bariatric Dr office this past week and realized something about my nighttime snacking. After daylight savings started, and as the days continue to get longer, I stay active longer at night and therefore don't snack as much. Makes sense as I know the snacking is a result of my mind slowing down at night.
The weather has been in a holding pattern, and not in a great place. I'm looking forward to Spring really taking hold and the weather warming up so I can start getting outside to walk and bike.
I'll be away again next Sunday visiting my parents so I won't be starting the thread off. I'll check back in a couple weeks.

Ugh, biggest weight gain I've had . . . Really wasn't too bad of week, I want to believe that last week was maybe a bit of a fluke and I may have been a little dehydrated when I weighed last Sunday.
Just have to keep going, I know this can happen occasionally so I will just chalk it up to the ups and downs of weight loss.
Have a good week everyone!

Nice swing in right direction and I know why. We are slowly working our guy involved in the shooting back into work mode after being off a few weeks. To that end I've had to go play in the dark, 3-11 or 4-Midnight, and not home grazing. Still have another week of it to go. Worse part is CPA GF is in "Hell Month". Get up fix her breakfast and coffee and then the dogs and I get back in the recliner for awhile after she leaves. Managing to keep up normal walking schedule.
0-2 on sleep studies. Had one Thursday night starting at 9:00 and I left by 12:30. Had nodded off then the restless legs and tossing and turning kicked in. Kept getting tangled in the wires and it was getting my goat and making cabrito out of it. (Translation: ******g me off!) Endocrinologist had me switch my iron but have not been on it long enough to see if it changed labs or not. Know it has changed my stools though!
Enjoy the time with the folks.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

299.8: Today 4/3/201
Goal: 235 -- December 21, 2016
Hit what I think was a major milestone this week. Finally got below 300 lbs. My weight loss has slowed to about 2 lbs a week but I can't remember the last time I was sub 300! Junior high maybe? Since my WLS, I have lost almost 8 inches off my waist and am down to a 2xlt rather than a 4xlt shirt.
Workouts are still mostly cardio and I know I have to start some resistance/weight training soon.
Short term goal is to fit on most of the rides at Cedar Point in July or August. Being below 300 has given me some extra motivation!

That's a great victory Bill. My 14 year old son is the same way. He looks for ways to be around me too. If it isn't golf, it's when I walk. I'm in awe of the marathon training. It is amazing how far you're taking this. I thought I was hard core. I want to do more running also. Thanks for the inspiration.
Okay Boys,
Been a wild week. 9 pounds gone after a two week pause. I feel like I'm on a horse running fast, almost too fast. I made the mistake of buying some $40 work pants and getting to use them twice. I'm gonna wait to buy any more clothes. My cheap ass.

I am gonna go heavier weights this week, longer jog/walk 4.5 miles. Still going all water all day. 800 calories or less, getting bike delivered soon.
Have a week, that has been prepared for, executed, and enjoyed.
