Sunday Weigh In
OK, so starting with the fact that I know nothing.....I have the same problem with my tailbone. Its seems to be getting a little better after a zillion squats and lunges over the last year, but I have a way to go. I am learning a little about bike seats. If you go to a good bike shop (rather than Walmart etc) they will help fit you to a bike and make adjustments to the seat and handlebars to make it more comfortable. One piece of bike gear I am going to invest in is a good chamois.

I'm hopeful this makes a big difference.
Happy Easter Sunday everyone!

I had a good week. I think the drop was due to still spending a lot of last week not feeling well. I don't have much appetite, but when I was sick I had 0 appetite at all. I'm about 90% back to health; just annoying sinus drainage now. I was able to still workout everyday despite being sick and got in all my exercise.
I'm taking another trip at the end of this week. Headed to Europe (France, UK, Monaco) for 15 days. I'm enjoying traveling so much now more at 190-something pounds as compared to 450. Being smaller just makes everything so much easier! I probably won't weigh for the next 3 Sundays but if I do have access to a scale, I'll check-in.
Have a great week!

Food, Vits and water going well. I road 31 miles in 2 hours yesterday ON A BIKE. Its been about 25 years since I did something like that. I have the 50 mile ride April 16th. I hope the weather is good that day or I wont be able to do it.
John, congrats on the bike purchase. That's a nice one man. I hope you have some fun. I am looking forward to riding with people as I believe it will be more fun that just trying to get it over with.
If I were going to be in Michigan, this one looks like a lot of fun http://hellkaathundie.com/. I would do the ITTY BITTY KITTY at this point. Looks like fun and for a good cause. You could probably do the fiddy if you're at that kind of mileage.

Biggest drop in a long time, maybe have finally broken the slow weight loss I have been on, not really a stall but very slow progress the last 8 weeks or so. Water is good, walking has been hampered by lots of road trips to friends and relatives which has cut back on my mileage but hopefully that will be better.
Reached a personal milestone by eclipsing the 205 mark. 35 years ago I completed my first of many, many diets as an adult to reach 205 lbs. prior to my wedding. Lost about 25 lbs then and hundreds of pounds over the years. Let's hope the yo yo dieting is finally over . . .
