3-20 weigh in
Hey guys Well I joined a gym this week and worked out on the treadmill 3 times This morning I walked 7 miles. Somewhat frustrated I only lost 3 lbs this week down to 214.6 . Weather permitting planning to walk next Saturday in a 10 mile walk.
I was really trying to get down to 195 but I may be stuck at 214

Hello Everyone
Been a busy week for me and the family. I have been getting in way more walking than lifting in. I will be modifying that soon. My inversion table has a warming feature on it that actually helps my back after carrying my son's clubs for 18 holes.
His last match, I just paid the damn 7 bucks for a push cart. I used 18 peanuts for my fuel. I would shell and eat one per hole. A little reward for the work.
I am going on a jog/walk right now.
