Daylight Savings Time Weigh In

Hey Everyone.
I lost power yesterday, so I'll weigh in today if that's okay. My exercising and eating were great again. I had some family stuff too. Wife in hospital, no power etc... It was trying but no problem with so much more mobility to assist me. I used to really rely on my family to get done what I would instruct them to. Now, I skip that step, and just do the damn thing myself.

I'm done with the "free fall" weight loss now. I'm to the stair-step phase of the honeymoon. I have no problem resisting carbs now. I white knuckled it for 6 months now, and it's much much easier to resist. Even with my family still eating them.
I'm starting free weights 2 times a week, along with core stuff. My boy made the varsity golf team so I feel pretty good about that. He plays for free now at Gold Mountain. Cha-ching I just saved about 500 bucks for this summer.
I still just drink water, eat between 600-700 cal a day. All is going well, all things considered. Glad the wife is home for a week convalescing from surgery. I am an intern again. Oh, gotta go, "someone" is wanting coffee....again.
