3/6/16 Sunday weigh in
Well I'll start it.
I gained a pound this week. Is what it is. I have been riding more time and higher intensity. The water and vitamins have been pretty good. I have had some poor choices at meetings this week ,as I have eaten cannoli and chocolate chip cookies. Thus is a slippery slope as I am 10 days out of my one year surgiversary.

Day of surgery =362
Last week=237
Today =238
I will keep training and keep on my focus to get my vitamins and water and protein in for every day.

Hello All.
Had a great week. Golf game is gaining momentum. I started physical therapy this week, always fun. Weight loss is coming along. 3 pounds lost so far, but today isn't over yet.

100 oz. water a day minimum. 600-700 calories.
Still in my honeymoon loss period. But the biggest thing that has happened to me is that I'm successfully re-programming my "food brain". I'm no longer bound with my emotions to my food intake.
