I've been thinking about taking spinning classes at the gym the last couple of weeks. I've never done it. Today I walked through the spin area. I may get some shoes and jump in. Its good training until the snow melts. Although, the snow may be melted before I get the motivation....

I'm so cheap I wait till DirecTV has a free HBO/Showtime/Cinemax weekends to do any movie watching. Not to be disappointed they always show the crappiest of the crap from the vault.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
I have no life, so Directv gets a good workout with me . I only go to the movies a couple times a year. Most good movies I rent on Itunes and load unto my ipad for airplane trips.
Yesterday was also an anomaly because I had popcorn. As you said, it is what it is. I enjoyed it, and this week, I'll pay it back by limiting carbs and calories as I can.

Exercise-6 out of 7 did some type of exercise. Some cardio as well as strength training. Training for my 4th 1/2 Marathon would be better if not for aches and pains that can nag at me!
NSV of the week...able to cut my toenails without feeling like I was going to pass out!!
