Thanks. Pretty sure I'll go bike shopping in the next few weeks. 

I've been thinking about taking spinning classes at the gym the last couple of weeks. I've never done it. Today I walked through the spin area. I may get some shoes and jump in. Its good training until the snow melts. Although, the snow may be melted before I get the motivation....

I don't have special shoes or clothing I just wear my ASICS and shorts or sweatpants.  People tell me it will be easier if I get shoes and stuff. I just do it.

What kind of spinning bike do you have ? I tried to find but could not those videos of scenery that you can watch spinning but I could not find any? Where it looks like you are riding outside. Thanks!

I don't have a spinning bike. I was looking at the bikes in the spinning classroom at my gym. The only scenary will be the girl in front of me that I'm trying to catch up with.

I have a reebok ridge rocker spinning bike. I got it for free when they got new ones at a hospital I was working

Last week: 177.6

This week: 177.8

It is what is.  Slowly increasing the speed on treadmill. 

I'm so cheap I wait till DirecTV has a free HBO/Showtime/Cinemax weekends to do any movie watching.  Not to be disappointed they always show the crappiest of the crap from the vault.

Go do your thing.

I have no life, so Directv gets a good workout with me . I only go to the movies a couple times a year. Most good movies I rent on Itunes and load unto my ipad for airplane trips.

Yesterday was also an anomaly because I had popcorn. As you said, it is what it is. I enjoyed it, and this week, I'll pay it back by limiting carbs and calories as I can.

Slight uptick on scale...hope old adage of what goes up must come down holds true next week!

Water-Focusing on this going for MINIMUM of 64 oz a day

Vitamins-Good

Exercise-6 out of 7 did some type of exercise. Some cardio as well as strength training. Training for my 4th 1/2 Marathon would be better if not for aches and pains that can nag at me!

NSV of the week...able to cut my toenails without feeling like I was going to pass out!!

Great NSV!! Its amazing much of a pain it used to be cutting my toenails. I still don't cut them as often as I should because it used to be so much trouble . Then when I do it it is quick and easy now.

Exercise was great, food was as normal. I'm still tracking EVERYTHING. It's like my training wheels. Even though I'm "normal", I still feel that I have to keep myself honest. Biggest fear is waking up fat again. :)
