Another tough week. I was hoping for better. As usual, there were some good days and bad days. This week, I'll be in a little trouble with the diet, so I'll need to be extra diligent

My exercise routine has changes a bunch these past few months, but I have been doing less cardio. Mostly because its boring. I've spent the bulk of my time lifting weights to build muscle. I think its time to add more cardio back into the routine. I just need to figure out what kind. 

I really don't go out to watch too many movies these days. Any movie I want to see, I can watch at home. I did go to see Deadpool yesterday though. Its a guy movie for sure. These comic movies are a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. This one was most definitely different with the R rating.

Good Morning

starting weight 337

current 231 BMI 29.9 

based on my BMI I am now FAT and no longer Obese! Also my waist size is down from 56 to 42

My goal is to get to a BMI of 24.9

It seems like for me every day is a challenge concerning 

food, hunger, appetite.  I have to decide am I really hungry or 

only head hunger?  Also getting exercise every day can be a challenge. I am grateful for everyone who posts here & thanks for your support.

It's exciting getting out of the Obese range into just "fat". Congratulations. 

 

As far as hunger goes, I know that most of my hunger is in my head. Its a constant battle, but there is no giving up.

Short-term goal:  199.9 -- April 15, 2016

Goal:  186 -- by June 15, 2016 :-)

Losing weight a little faster the last two weeks after about a month of slow movement, not really a stall but little progress. 

Going on vacation on March 10th, had set a previous goal of being at 210 by March 2nd, that looks very feasible now, yeah for that.

The vacation includes 5 days at an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, first for us and a bit apprehensive regarding the continuous supply of drinks and food, but will do my best to not do anything too stupid.

Well I have started to train for a 50 mile bike ride so I have done more cardiovascular this week. I have eaten worse this week as I had some pumpkin cheesecake . I was still within my calories for the day. Water and vitaminsee on point this week, but it is not easy to remember to space everything out. My weight is the same again but I think it's going to come down as I will be increasing my distance over the next 8 weeks. 

Highest =427

Day of surgery =362

Last wek=237

Today =237

50 miles huh. Not sure my butt could hold up to that, but the training would be a good thing. My wife and I are starting to talk about buying bikes. What kind do you have?

Trekk 7.2 it's a hybrid I like it. I will most likely be looking at a street bike in the future if I am going to continue to ride these long rides . I rode for an hour yesterday without any soreness today. I have been taking my time over the last few months and the last few weeks riding my spinning bike since it's been so cold. I will do 45 min on Monday and Wednesday then 1.5 hrs either Saturday or Sunday then increase across the next 8 weeks
